All Popup Exhibit configurations marked with an asterisk * only apply to Compound type items.

Values can be configured only after selecting the Yes check box for Allow Exhibits. Each of the configurable values that can be set have two options:

  • Default Value
  • Configurability

The Default Value is the value of the exhibit that appears as the default value while creating or modifying items.

The Configurability drop-down becomes available only after selecting the Yes check box for Allow Exhibits for the selected exhibit type. When this check box is selected for an exhibit type, the respective drop-downs become available with their states set to Editable.

  • When the state of a Configurability drop-down is Editable, the Default value can be modified as required. The values of such settings can be modified later while creating or modifying items.
  • When the state of a Configurability drop-down is View Only, the Default value can be modified as required. The values of such settings are displayed as read-only (cannot be modified) while creating or modifying items.
  • When the state of a Configurability drop-down is None, the Default value cannot be modified. The values of such settings are not listed on the Exhibits tab(s) while creating or modifying items.
