Item Bank Administrators can create users in their organization from the Manage Item Bank page. Users are created in the scope of the organization to which the Item Bank Administrator belongs. These users can then be assigned to roles in active projects by the respective Project Managers. New users can be edited from this page.
The User link under the Manage Item Bank menu allows Item Bank Administrators to view users created by the Item Bank Administrator and/or users that have been assigned some role in one or more projects of the selected Item Bank.
