  • The Search box now states, "Search by name, username or email"
  • The Full Name column has been split into two columns: First name and Last name

Changes to the Search Users filters

Pages/Feature:

Manage Users

Description:

In order to accommodate pasting space delimited lists of users from Microsoft Excel, the Search box was modified in the following way:

  • Users can copy and paste space delimited values into the search box (multiple leading/trailing spaces, and spaces before/after/between phrases are allowed)
  • Once values are entered in the Search box, filter the results to display values that appear in any of the following columns:
    • First name
    • Last name
    • Username
    • Email
  • A filter can match one or more columns at the same time (e.g., first name and email), however, those records MUST continue to match the criteria of the Show Users (All users, Active users, Inactive users) and Show (In this organization, In this project, Not in this project) drop-down filters to display the results.
  • Filters are not case sensitive
  • In the example below, the entered filter "rev user" matches a first name, username, and last name

Placeholders were moving when sections were removed from exams

  • Section 1 - Placeholder A
  • Section 2 - Placeholder B
  • Section 3 - Placeholder B
  • Section 4 - Placeholder A

User saved the exam. User then removed the first section from the exam. Sections 2 - 4 should have still had placeholders B, B, and A. Instead, the following placeholders were applied to the sections: Section 2 - Placeholder A, Section 3 - Placeholder B, and Section 4 - Placeholder B. The placeholders were moving up when a section was removed when they should have stayed in place.

Changes were made to update and refresh the placeholders in the correct order.
