Users can view Questions on the View Questions page of the Observe tab.
- Enter the desired search criterion.
- Click Retrieve Questions. Questions matching the criteria are displayed in a grid below.
- Select the Questions to be viewed, and click View Questions.
The Observe Questions page is displayed with the Question summary and other details of the selected retrieved questions based on the entered search criteria.
You can view the following aspects of a Question in your Project:
- The Metadata of the Question (Question Metadata tab).
The current state of the Question (User Tracking tab).
- The Comments accompanying the question (Comments tab).
Previous versions of the Question (History tab).
Not currently used (Item Comparison tab).
The Observe Questions page has the following features:
Displays the type of question.
|Question State||The current state of the question.|
The Question text.
|Assets||Any Assets on the Question.|
The Answer Options to the Question including the correct answer marked ( * ) and distracters. The Question Stem and Options form the Question Summary of the Question.
If Restrictions have been place on Fill in the Blank type Questions, balance your mouse pointer over the Information icon and a pop-up Restrictions table summarizes all the restrictions place on the Answer Option.
|Belongs to Case|
If a Question is assigned to a Case, the Belongs to Case section appears above the tabs at the bottom of the page. This section identifies the name of the Case, the Exhibit Text (Question Stem) for the Case Question, any Assets on the Case Question, and a list of all the Questions assigned to the Case.
The Metadata details of the retrieved question. This displays the Blueprint ID, Question ID, Metadata, References, Exams, Sections, and Cases (in a different Section).
Lists the various states the question has gone through.
The Comment tag and the Comment text accompanying the Question. You can also add Comments here.
Details of all the versions of the retrieved Question.
|Statistics||If any Statistics have been added for the Question they are listed on the Statistics tab. If the Question has no Statistics assigned, the Statistics tab is not present.|
