Edit Case Exhibit, cannot edit Case name

Examining, observing, reviewing, validating questions, and viewing Question Summary

Project Managers, and reviewers need the ability to edit the case exhibit when viewing a question. Validators and users observing questions cannot edit the exhibit.

The functionality was changed to allow project managers and reviewers to edit the Exhibit text when editing the Case from the Examine Questions and Review Questions pages. The ability to edit the Case name was removed from the Edit Case page for these users.

Validators and Question Observers no longer have the ability to edit the Case. The Edit Case button was removed from the Observe Question, Question Summary, and Validate Questions pages.

When a case is editable in a project and you delete the project, the case is made editable in the default project. Any items on the case (questions, exhibits) are also made editable in the default project.

Also in this enhancement, any cases in the database that are listed as editable on projects that no longer exist will be moved to the default project for the itembank.

Any Cases that include content that is only viewable in the project being deleted are not made editable somewhere else.

You can configure Advance Outcomes to require a Comment on the Review Workflow page. Each review state may be configured to require or not require a comment.

Only the last reviewer sees the Advance Question pop-up window to select an outcome and provide a comment.

The Comments tab now prefaces questions that have been advanced with Advanced: to make it consistent with how Returned question comments are displayed.

You can configure individual Advance or Return Outcomes to either Always retain statistics, or allow the Reviewer to choose if they want to retain the statistics. This is configured on the Review Workflow page.

Only the last reviewer may select an Advance or Return Outcome and decide whether to retain statistics. The Statistics options have been added to the Advance Question pop-up window.

The Word DOCX format was updated for Cases.

When the exam is exported to DOCX without selecting Group Exhibits before questions, the Case exhibit is listed once above the first question in the section that references the exhibit. Text states the questions that reference the exhibit.

When the exam is exported to DOCX with Group Exhibits before questions selected, all the Case Exhibits are listed at the top. Each question identifies the exhibits it is referencing.

For stand-alone exhibits, the exhibit is listed above each question.

Users were getting errors uploading either Excel or XML files. Questions with the language group set to zero was causing the problem.

In the Project Bank, users searched for questions with the "Belongs to Case" filter. User expected to see the list of cases in the Select Case Name field to be in alphabetical order. Instead they were listed in order by CaseID.

This has been fixed.

When exporting an exam in the DOCX format, the pop-up window does not display the message that the download has completed when the the file that is downloaded is a .zip file. This occurred when there was an asset that was a pdf.

This has been fixed.

On the Write or Modify Questions pages, when users had a rich text editor active for either the Question Stem or one of the Options and clicked the Check Spelling link above the accordion tabs, only the active stem or option was checked for spelling. User expected the entire question to be spell checked.

This has been fixed.
